How We Do It
FOR U.S. ORDERS
If you’re not totally obsessed with your DHATGIRL.COM purchase, return unopened products within 3 days.. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges.
Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
• When you return your purchase to DATGIRL.com by mail within 3 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 3 days.
*We do not offered returns or refund on customized products
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
1. Place item in any well-padded envelope or box.
2. Create and print your USPS RETURN LABEL and attach it securely to the package.
3. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!
Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can TRACK YOUR RETURN. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing! We are unable to accept returns on hazmat items that have been opened.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
If you’re not totally obsessed with your DATGIRL.COM you can return it within 7 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
